When the V-belt is in the transmission work, it may occur running deviation situation. The solutions for running deviation of the V-belt are as follows:
1.Adjust the tension device method. When the V-belt is running, if it runs to the same side under no load or heavy load, it means that the tightness of the V-belt two sides is different. The tension device should be adjusted according to the rule of "a little tightness and not a little loosening", adjust screw or counterweight. If the V-belt runs sideways and has no fixed direction, it means that the V-belt is loose.We should adjust the length of the tension device to install the V-belt.
Adjust the v-belt pulley method. If the V-belt always runs deviation in the position of the v-belt pulley, it means that the installation of the v-belt pulleys are not on the same plane,or the v-belt pulley axle is moving. At this time, the levelness and parallelism of the v-belt pulley should be adjusted.
Adjust the pulley support method. If the V-belt always runs deviation to one side when there is no load, then the v-belt pulley on the deviated side should be moved forward 1-2cm along the running direction of the V-belt, or the other v-belt pulley should be raised appropriately.
The method of removing stickies. If there is material sticking to part of the v-belt pulley, the diameter of the place will increase, which will increase the pulling force of the V-belt at this place, thereby causing deviation. At this time, the sticking materials should be cleaned up in time.
Adjust the gravity method. If the V-belt does not deviate when there is no load, but always deviates to one side under heavy load, it means that the V-belt has been eccentric. The position of the receiving hopper or the V-belt machine should be adjusted so that the V-belt is evenly loaded to prevent its running deviation.
Adjust the V-belt method: If the edges of the V-belt are severely worn or the seams of the V-belt are not parallel, the tension on both sides of the V-belt will be not same. The V-belt should be changed.
