How to use the rotary tiller safely?

The working feature of rotary tillers is the high-speed rotation of working parts, and almost all safety problem are related to this. Therefore, pay special attention to the following points when using the rotary tiller:
1. Before using the rotary cultivator, first check the working parts, especially check the rotary cultivator blades is installed correct and check the fixing bolts and universal joint lock pins are secure. Any problems should be dealt with in time.

2. Before starting the tractor, turn the clutch handle of the rotary tiller to the disengaged position.

3. The rotary cultivator must be started in the lifting state. After the rotary cultivator reaches the predetermined speed, the rotary cultivator can be normal working, and slowly lower the rotary cultivator to make the rotary cultivator blades going into the soil. It is strictly forbidden to start directly when the rotary tiller blades enters the soil, so that to prevent damage to the rotary tiller blades and related parts. It is strictly forbidden to descend the rotary tiller rapidly, and it is strictly forbidden to back and turn after the rotary tiller blade enters the soil.

4. When the rotary tiller turns without cutting off the power, the rotary tiller shall not be raised too high, the transmission angle at both ends of the universal joint shall not exceed 30 degrees, and the engine speed shall be appropriately reduced. When transferring other field or walking long distances, the power of the rotary tiller should be cut off and locked when it is raised to the highest position.

5. When the rotary cultivator is running, it is strictly forbidden for people to approach the rotating parts, and forbidden anyone behind it, just in case the tiller blade is thrown out and hurts people.

6. When checking the rotary tiller, the power must be cut off first. When replacing rotating parts such as tiller blades, the tractor must be turned off.

7. The forward speed of the rotary tiller during farming: 2~3 km/h for dry fields, 5~7 km/h for plowed or rake fields, and suitable fast for paddy fields. Remember, the speed should not be too high to prevent the tractor from overloading and damaging the PTO shaft.

8. When the rotary tiller is working, the tractor wheels should be on the uncultivated land to avoid compacting the cultivated land. For this reason, it is necessary to adjust the tractor wheel pitch so that the wheels are within the working width of the rotary tiller. Pay attention to the walking direction during operation to prevent the other wheel of the tractor from compacting the cultivated land.

9. During the operation of the rotary tiller, if the knife shaft is too much entangled with grass, stop and clean up in time to avoid increasing the load of the machine.

10. During the operation of the rotary tiller, the tractor and the suspended part are not allowed to take people to prevent accidentally being injured by the rotary tiller.
