Check new items for reasons of poor operation due to dirt, scars, and imprints, uneven rotation torque due to poor installation, poor production and processing of the mounting seat, too small backlash, and deviation in installation The distortion caused by sealing friction is greater than these. If there is no abnormality, the driving force can just start to operate.
 
Because large machinery cannot be manually rotated, the driving force is turned off immediately after starting without load, and the inertial force operation is carried out. Check whether there is vibration, noise, and whether the rotating parts are touching, and then enter the driving force operation after confirming that there is no abnormality. The driving force starts from the no-load low speed gear and gradually increases to the set standard rated value. The inspection matters during the test run are whether there is abnormal noise, the migration of the motor bearing temperature, the leakage of lubricating fluid and the discoloration. If an abnormality occurs during the trial operation, the operation should be interrupted immediately, the mechanical equipment should be checked, and the bearing should be removed for inspection if necessary.
 
The motor bearing temperature check is generally confirmed from the surface of the casing. It is more accurate to use the oil inlet to accurately measure the temperature outside the bearing immediately. The bearing temperature has just started to increase gradually, and if there is no abnormality, it will generally be stable after 1 to 2 hours. If the bearing or installation is not good enough, the bearing temperature will increase significantly and abnormal high temperature is found. The reasons for this include too little lubricating fluid, too small motor bearing backlash, poor installation, and too much friction in sealing equipment. It is also the reason why the selection of the lubrication method of the bearing is incorrect in the place where the rotation is high.
